All of Wyatt's titles were accomplished by the age of 2 yrs old. He finished his MH Title (AKC) at 2yrs old. He went seven straight for his HRCH Title (HRC/UKC). He had his MHR Title (NAHRA) at 1 yr old. Wyatt has never had any outside training. He is trained and handled solely by myself. He is absolutely 100% amateur trained. Whiskey River Wyatt is a well built chocolate lab
with an excellent hunting background and field pedigree. He was sired by
FTCH-AFTCH Big Valley Costa-Lot Shaddow. Shaddow is a son of well known
FTCH-AFTCH Pachanga Magnum Force. On the Dam's side, her sire was NFC-FC-AFC
Storm's Riptide Star (Rascal). A detailed pedigree is posted on the Pedigree page. Wyatt is a handsome lab with a blocky head. He
is an excellent marker, easy to handle and works with enthusiasm. Wyatt has a strong work
ethic and a willingness to please. He loves his work and his temperament is outstanding. He
is always excited for training but his passion is hunting. It is in his
blood and it is what he was breed to do. Wyatt is active year
round running hunt tests or field trials in the Spring/Summer season. And, he
hunts upland, waterfowl and small
game in the Fall/Winter season. In the
summer, he is always up for a backpacking trip or hiking one of Colorado's 14,000ft peaks. He has
made the summit of 23
peaks so far. In the winter, he comes along winter camping and snowshoeing
in Colorado's many and plentiful snowstorms. He is pure muscle and extremely powerful and he has the stamina to hunt upland all day or retrieve waterfowl in extreme conditions. And, being a Labrador retriever, Wyatt does it with pleasure no matter what the conditions.

Update July 2008 Wyatt has passed 4 of 4 HRC Finished tests this
summer..
